The large group program is essentially a 1-on-1 service, the education is delivered in a group setting within the 8-week timeline. We meet 1-on-1 every week which allows your individual program to take shape. Once you’ve completed the program and become an Alumni, you then have the option for continued 1-on-1 support through the Alumni Accountability Programs.

Absolutely not! There will be some similarities in the basics of course, BUT we meet 1-on-1 every single week. This way, I can adjust your program when needed and help navigate your personal situation. No two people or lifestyles are the same, therefor no two programs are the same!

Short answer... no. In the beginning you will be measuring and weighing certain food items. However, this is simply to understand what a proper portion looks like and how it makes you feel! BUT you will not need to count the macro or calorie content!
-
Heck no! I understand that some people may like the convenience of having someone else plan their meals. However, the entire point of my program is to TEACH you how to do this on your own so you can confidently do it well into the future! This is something I will walk you through, I am here to help and reassure you whenever needed!

Although I highly recommended it, it is not mandatory. I will provide 3 new workouts each week, and I encourage you to try your best to complete them. But I also understand that not everyone is there yet. My focus is nutrition! We establish a strong understanding of routine and habit with nutritional foundations before we over complicate it with mandatory exercise. As you begin to add exercise into your routine (or if you already do) your nutritional needs will be adjusted to support that! (Something else I'll teach you how to do).

There is NO food off limits, and NO food that is mandatory! You just need to understand how to portion it to support your needs/goals! Which is exactly what I'll be teaching you. All recipes in the cookbooks are family friendly!! Biggest complaint I hear: "My family won't stop eating my meal prep"!

That’s up to you! Everyone will progress at a different rate and that is all dependent on how adherent one is able to be. But there is nothing wrong with taking it in strides! Everyone is provided with the same educational material, but they will work through it at their own rate! And I’m happy to meet them where they are. There is no pressure to be perfect or apply everything at once, in fact I don’t recommend approaching it that way.
