I’m a certified health coach and fitness trainer who is passionate about helping others navigate the nutrition world. I want to bring confidence and an understanding to nutrition, and how it plays a role in helping build a healthy & happy lifestyle. The nutrition world is an interesting place (to say the least). There’s tons of misleading information being thrown at us every single day. The pressure to be “perfect” in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of effort is mind-boggling. 

My goal is to create and teach sustainable, long-term changes in your mindset, diet, and lifestyle. Let me help you to take back control and build confidence around ALL foods and food choices, so that you can feel your best!
